Mixology
For me, creating cocktails and experimenting with flavor profiles, techniques, glassware, and garnishes is just another medium for creative expression. In 2023, I earned my certificate in Bartending & Mixology 1. Some of friends say I am doing things that most do when they are in their college years -- cheers to that! A nod to Death & Co below, as they inspire me and many mixologists, and its been a treat to have been to all four of their locations.

My faves include: | Spirits - bourbon & rye | Beer - Belgian ales | Wine - Côtes du Rhône.
Below are some of my original creations and original names. And, truly joyful for me is to serve guests at bars/restaurants or at home. Cheers!
