Welcome to Studios Internationalé -- my creative pursuits
-- spanning photography, interior design, drawings, mixology and more.
At the root, I believe in helping fuel the innate curiosity of humans to explore, travel, delve into experiences, share stories, and connect with one another.
I use photography and story-telling as a vehicle for that. Enjoy!

I have been capturing images since I was 13, when thanks to my Dad, I got my first SLR — a Nikon EM, with one fixed-focal length manual lens. He had an Olympus with two lenses and I think he bought me the Nikon so I wouldn’t mess up his Oly lenses. in full format cameras, I have been “all Nikon” for over 40 years, with one of my favorite lenses still the 70-200/f2.8. And, for quick on-the-go images (and videos) my iPhone. Of course when I started back in the early ‘80’s it was all analog, and in high school I was in the darkroom developing ILFORD B/W or Fuji Velvia/Provia for color.
As an art form, my photography has evolved over the decades over time encompassing a mosaic of landscapes, people, wildlife, oceans, customs, religions, and more. Equally, I have enjoyed street photography and capturing/creating abstracts. I particularly enjoy exploring and capturing while on my immersive, experiential travels around the world – some of which have been truly transformative for me, such as Japan and Antarctica.
I am fortunate to have experiences to far reaches of Earth meeting amazing people spanning all seven continents and places including: Alaska, Antarctica, Argentina, Cambodia, China, Estonia, Finland, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Russia, Seychelles, South Korea, Tanzania, Thailand and of course numerous US states.
